New Beginnings is CASDA’s current capital campaign. CASDA has purchased a building from Essentia Health for a cost of $250,000 on a contract-for-deed with an interest free loan over ten years. The market value on this property is $750,000. We’re raising funds to help with the costs associated with the purchase, renovation and operation of our new facility.
